  • You have the right to receive products that match their description and meet acceptable quality standards, to enjoy the agreed return, exchange, and warranty services, to check your order and shipping status, and to submit feedback or complaints regarding our products and services.
  • Please inspect the goods upon receipt. If any damage occurs during transit, you must report it within 48 hours and provide relevant proof. You are also required to follow the product usage instructions and must not disassemble, modify, or repair the product without authorization.
  • Standard and expedited shipping services are provided in accordance with our shipping policy, and logistics tracking is available for supported orders.
  • Warranty Coverage: We provide a 2-year statutory warranty starting from the date of purchase, covering original manufacturing defects and quality-related issues, such as functional failures, interface malfunctions, or other non-human-caused defects.
  • Return and Exchange Service: Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our return policy. Customers are entitled to a 14-day no-reason return period. For quality-related issues or incorrect deliveries, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs and any applicable taxes.

  • Our products comply with the regulations of the target market, and we strictly follow GDPR and other applicable data protection requirements. We do not illegally collect, use, or disclose user information.
  • We assume legal after-sales responsibility for product quality issues. However, we are not liable for losses caused by improper use, including water damage, accidental breakage, unauthorized modification, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or force majeure events such as natural disasters or policy changes.
  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to data loss or business interruption. In any case, our liability shall not exceed the actual amount paid for the corresponding order.
